The Criterion ST-11 is a purpose-built eddy current sorting instrument that verifies heat treatment and material structure non-destructively in series production. It checks post-heat-treat microstructure and case depth / case pattern, and also detects material mix-ups, alloy, thread presence and missing or wrong components in assemblies, on every part at production speed.
