NEXSEN provides on-site calibration and verification, especially for inspection systems running on production lines.
Our calibration services
- MPI bench calibration: current, timer, field strength and UV-A checks on magnetic particle benches and lines
- Online UT system calibration: dynamic calibration and verification with reference standards on Waygate (Krautkrämer) ROWA, Karl Deutsch ECHOGRAPH, MAC ECHOMAC and similar pipe, bar and plate inspection systems
How we work
- Information: make, model, serial number, last calibration records and the applicable standard or specification.
- Planning: a date that fits your production plan and minimises downtime.
- On-site checks and adjustment: the checks required by the relevant standard; adjustment or repair is recommended where deviations are found.
- Reporting: references used, measured results and conformity assessment, with a recommended next calibration date.
