ACS A1212 MASTER Lightweight Ultrasonic Flaw Detector

The ACS A1212 MASTER is a portable, general-purpose ultrasonic flaw detector with all the functions of a modern instrument in a compact housing. It supports standard and special ultrasonic methods with high throughput and accuracy, can be held in one hand and suits hard-to-reach and elevated locations.

• Evaluation to standards: DAC curves and DGS diagrams show acceptance, reporting and examination levels; equivalent flaw area is calculated automatically.
• Consistent results: 32-point digital TCG makes equal reflectors at different depths appear at equal height.
• Documented inspection: voice notes are added to saved images with a Bluetooth headset.
• Built for the field: shockproof housing, protective cover with sun hood and a mounting pad for hands-free work.
