ACS A1209 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge (with Memory)

The ACS A1209 is a universal ultrasonic thickness gauge with a large, high-contrast display, several measuring modes and built-in memory. Its patented dynamic threshold adapts automatically to surface curvature and roughness, so it measures corroded, small-radius surfaces as well as flat, smooth ones without extra adjustment.

• Operator-independent results: automatic surface adaptation gives different operators consistent readings at the same point.
• Records and reporting: built-in memory stores readings, making maintenance and audit reports easier.
• Measurement on hot lines: optional high-temperature probe for surfaces from -20 to 250 °C (300 °C for up to 6 seconds).
• Wide probe compatibility: works with all 4–10 MHz dual-crystal probes.
