Laser-NDT 57 Mm BEMIS

The 57 mm BEMIS (Barrel Erosion Measurement and Inspection System) is a laser-based inspection solution designed for high-precision measurement and analysis of internal surfaces in 57 mm caliber barrels. Using non-contact laser measurement technology, the system evaluates internal diameter, surface profile, and geometric alignment of the barrel.

Barrels operating under high pressure and temperature conditions are exposed to erosion, wear, and geometric deformation over time. The 57 mm BEMIS system enables accurate detection of these changes, supporting safe operation and effective lifecycle management of weapon systems.

Inspection data collected by the system is processed through advanced analysis software and presented using graphical and three-dimensional visualization tools. This allows detailed assessment of wear distribution, diameter variations, and internal surface conditions.
